On Sunday, May 17th, Solar Innovations, Inc.’s annual company picnic was celebrated at Knoebels’ Amusement Resort in Elysburg, PA. Thank you to the 92 families and 242 individuals that attended. Knoebels’ catered the event providing meals with all the fixings for Solar’s team. Hamburgers, hot dogs, and barbecue chicken were the featured entrees and each attendee could select from a variety of sides, then wash it down with some refreshing beverages provided by Solar. The Solar team was grateful for a beautiful 73°F day and, though a bit humid, was thankful the rain held off until after the park closed at 6 PM. Solar Innovations, Inc. also provided vouchers that families could use inside the park for fun and food. Holding the event offsite for the first time was a refreshing change for Solar’s team. Multiple team members complimented the change in venue and how they enjoyed Knoebels’ newest rides including the Flying Turns and brand new roller coaster, Impulse.
Solar would like to take this opportunity to send out a very special thank you to those who work tirelessly behind the scenes to make this and other Solar Innovations, Inc. corporate events a huge success. We cannot wait for next year!
