Rosemary

Growing herbs such as Rosemary is an extremely aromatic herb with studies showing that it may increase brain power  due to its high levels of aroma. It is also thought  to help fight cancer , because it is high in carnosic acid. Parsley is said to help fight breast cancer due to its high levels of apigenin, it blocks the new blood vessels required for tumor growth and development. Parsley also contains vitamins A,C, and K; nutrients that are an essential factor in healthy blood.

Peppermint can be used to treat irritable bowel syndrome as it activates an anti-pain channel in the colon. Studies show that peppermint oils have a positive effect on exercise ,respiratory rate, and blood pressure.

Lavender is used as a sleeping aid and also contains antioxidants known as polyphenols that are beneficial in weight loss. Cilantro is an herb that helps clear heavy metals from the body which can be mistaken for nutrients. Mints is a source of vitamin A and is good for our breath, digestion system, nausea, headaches, respiratory disorders, asthma and even pimples. By using the herbs on a regular bases our bodies become healthier and we adjust to the flavors of each herb.
