PINE GROVE, PA – Planning is under way for Solar Innovations® Architectural Glazing Systems as it prepares to celebrate its twentieth anniversary on April 15, 2018.
As a custom manufacturer of residential and commercial greenhouses, garden windows, conservatories, sunrooms, skylights, and much more, Solar Innovations® is excited to celebrate 20 years of excellence in the manufacturing industry.
Since 1998, Solar has been making high-quality products for its customers and continuously strives to be the best in the industry. By tackling complex projects and remaining innovative, Solar has been able to create long lasting partnerships with its customers over the years.
At its roots, Solar Innovations® began in Hellam, Pa. in a 10,000-square foot building with only 12 team members. Two years later, the team was doubled and production space was four times larger when the company moved to Myerstown, Pa. In 2009, Solar had grown into a 224,000-square foot building with 97 team members in Pine Grove, Pa. Now, Solar can boast having over 170 team members, three production buildings, and 360,000+ square feet of space all on over 36 acres of land. The company is proud of its small beginnings, but has enjoyed growing and becoming an industry leader that can conquer projects of all sizes and types to satisfy customers.
In addition to growth, Solar Innovations® also prides itself on being environmentally conscious in everything that it does. From recycling to community outreach, Solar constantly works toward leaving the world in better condition than it was found in. The corporate campus is 98.5 percent landfill free, 85 percent off the grid, reuses all packing materials, manufactures energy-efficient products, and encourages team members to carpool. As a result, Solar Innovations® is LEED Gold certified and continues to work toward improving.
