Cut Sheets
Cut Sheets are product-specific data sheets that describe the features and options of the product type. Where applicable, it shows hardware selections, configurations and finishes, as well as sizes and performance details. Photos and detailed drawings are also included in these PDF documents.
Details
Details are CAD drawings that show dimensions and other details that will assist in planning your project. These are available as a ZIP file containing both PDF and DWG formats.
Specifications
Specifications are Industry standard product data sheets used by architects to clearly state which product and manufacturer is acceptable to use on a project, as well as the features and performance characteristics of each system. These are available in MS Word and PDF formats.
BIM Objects
Many of our product line options are available to download as a Revit BIM Object, that can be incorporated in the design phase. These are available in RAR format.
Reference Sheets
Reference Sheets showcase a selection of some of our marquee projects per product category. Within them you will find photos along with a few details about the project. These are available in PDF format.
Case Studies
Case Studies offer a detailed look into a specific project. They discuss the conceptual challenges that were faced, the design solutions that Solar Innovations® provided, and the overall outcome of the project. They contain photos and often are accompanied by drawings. Details are also often specified. These are available in PDF format.
White Sheets
White Sheets are designed to give granular detail on a subject matter and are not necessarily tied to a specific product type. They are available in PDF format and cover a broad range of topics, from passive heating and cooling to how to assemble an irrigation system.
Architectural Binder
The Architectural Binder is a massive collection of data covering all of our product lines. This all-encompassing download is very technical in nature and must be downloaded as individual components because of its file size.
Testing
Before our products are introduced to the public, they undergo a rigorous series of tests and we continue to test them as they are improved. All of our tests are certified by an independent laboratory. Our Testing page includes thermal, impact, acoustical, glass, and polycarbonate testing results. We can provide project-specific testing if necessary. You’ll also find a testing video and information about certification.
Specification Affiliates
Many of Solar Innovations’ products are specified on ARCAT, MasterSpec and BSD SpecLink. CAD drawings, BIM objects, CSI 3-part specifications and LEED credits are among the findings available to building professionals on these sites.
