Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking entry level, safety-conscious individuals to join our Installation Team. Crew members have the unique opportunity to learn a specialized trade, and work with projects ranging in size from a small residential replacement windows to luxury boxes at sports stadiums.
Solar Innovations, Inc. is seeking team members at various levels of experience, and is willing to train candidates that are self-motivated, willing to learning, and dedicated to providing a positive “customer experience.” Candidates must be willing to travel, both for day trips and multiple day overnight trips (typically no more than three overnights per week for jobs out of our immediate area). Although the position does involve travel, the Company covers all associated expenses such as providing a Company Vehicle, hotel accommodations, meal per diems, and travel compensation. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, as this role will be expected to drive a Company Vehicle.
Previous experience in general construction or carpentry is preferred, either through work experience or education, as you will utilize those core skills to specialize in setting glass and product installation. If you like to work with your hands or have had experience in a metal/wood shop, this is a great opportunity to take transform your current skills into a glazing career, while learning to install unique structures in exciting locations (coastal regions, estates, sports stadiums, etc).
