Commercial Sunrooms

Whether 25 stories in the air or directly on ground floor, a Solar Innovations, Inc. custom designed, manufactured, and tested glass sunroom will be an excellent addition to your business. Commercial sunrooms are constructed out of durable aluminum, which eliminates rotting, warping, and constant finish maintenance. Aluminum sunrooms can be designed to virtually any specification needed, including specialty sizes, shapes, and snow loads. Eight standard frame finishes are available along with any custom color your job may require.

A commercial sunroom can be utilized in any number of applications. Restaurants can use the conservatory for a dining room, where patrons can enjoy a view while dining. Patients in a hospital can recuperate and enjoy the outdoors without risking the onset of a new illness from extreme weather conditions. Residents at a retirement home can also enjoy nature on a porch sunroom without risking injury.

Wooden sunrooms are also available through Solar Innovations, Inc. Aluminum is utilized on the sunroom’s exterior and wood on the interior. The wood interior lends itself to a traditional feel. This design is great for high end restaurants and resorts. Numerous wood species are available, including pine, mahogany, cedars, and firs. Coupled with wooden grids and base panels, the room’s décor can be very regal in appearance.

Sunrooms can be designed to any style desirable. A traditional, classic feel is very easy to achieve with Solar Innovations, Inc.’s  decorative elements. Raised base panels with appliques and grids can be added to each glass panel in the sunroom. A more contemporary straight line appearance can be achieved by using all glass panels and a decorative glass, such as textured or polycarbonate.

If you currently have a sunroom with broken panels or failed seals, Solar Innovations, Inc. offers repair and restoration services. Our team can repair any existing damage to your structure, even if it was manufactured by another company. If your sunroom is beyond repair, you can have a new one designed and fabricated at our facility in Pennsylvania. The installation of the new structure can be completed by a Solar Innovations, Inc. team. Based on the scope of your project,  there are also “do-it-yourself  installation kits” available to those who would like to buy the sunroom factory direct and complete the installation themselves.

Please Note: Solar Innovations, Inc. only recommends using wood for exterior purposes if there is an overhang to provide protection or if the product will be used for interior applications. Also, Solar Innovations, Inc. does not recommend the use of wood on the exterior of doors for durability purposes and hardware limitations.

Coastal Applications

Our systems have the option to be both coastal and non-coastal. By using stainless steel hardware our hardware and material withstands the corrosive effects of the elements in these coastal regions.

Screen Options

Screen options are available on a wide variety of our door and window products. These screen options help keep the pests at bay while still allowing you to view the outdoors.
