THE CHALLENGE
A customer was in need of a pair of thermally broken aluminum doors to replace a current set that had rotted. However, they wanted the doors to be custom flush panels with an applied grid design, as well as painted to match the existing windows. Solar Innovations® answered the call and worked with the architect to design and manufacture these unique swing doors.
THE SOLUTION
Solar’s thermally broken aluminum was the perfect solution for these doors since they would not rot, rust, warp, or require constant finishing maintenance like the previous door. Our G3 In-Swing French Terrace Doors were outfitted with customer supplied swing door levers to meet their aesthetic needs. In addition, we provided a custom color match finish to seamlessly blend into the home’s color palette. No matter what the project or how custom, Solar is always able to step up to the plate.
