Solar Innovations, Inc.’s growing customer base requires the Company to constantly reevaluate its team, processes, and departments to determine where improvements can be made. For these reasons, the Company is always growing in regards to its products, capabilities, corporate campus, and team.
As previously discussed, Solar Innovations, Inc. renovated an area of its showroom as well as a training room, and 40 new cubicles have been added to these areas. In doing this, the Company has not only simplified how several departments interact, but Solar has also opened the door to 40 potential new team members. The IT Department has finished preparations and the Sales and Estimating Departments are expected to arrive at their new homes in the upstairs cubicles before the end of the month.
