We recently received finished photos of three operable door systems that were installed in a Florida residence. The two dual track sliding doors and folding glass wall system were configured and designed to meet Florida Non-impact product approval. The first system features an XO configuration and features two 7′ by 4′ panels. When the operable panel is open, a large entry was to the resident’s home is created. The second dual track sliding door system has panels that are 5′ by 3′ and open outward over fixed panels allowing vast open window space.
The folding glass wall system has 7 panels that are each 8′ by 3′ and cover a 24′ span. This operable wall provides wide open space and allows easy access to the porch. The project demonstrates how Solar Innovations, Inc.’s door systems can open normally enclosed spaces and turn them into enclosed living areas.
