Solar Innovations, Inc. is dedicated to developing and sustaining environmentally-friendly practices throughout every aspect of our manufacturing process. As such, our Company has set up a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process for the samples we provide during the design phase of a project.
All of our customers are required to sign a RMA form, agreeing to return the samples before a certain amount of days have passed. The standard borrowing period for our samples is 60 days, however, time may be extended per request on a project by project basis.
Instead of our samples ending up in a landfill after one project is finished, we are able to reuse them for many other projects. Our customers appreciate the extra care we take in assuring their project leaves the smallest ecological footprint possible. Our RMA process allows us to save materials, shrink our impact on the environment, and promote sustainable manufacturing processes.
