Securing a Sample
When designing a new retail store for McCormick World of Flavors, a glass company approached Solar Innovations® about the job. The company was in need of a manufacturer for a glass entryway into the store that not only would offer clear, unobstructed views, but would also add security. Having an open, friendly, and inviting atmosphere were all top priorities.
THE SOLUTION
Giving Consumers More Than Just a Taste
After much thought, Solar recommended using a multi-track sliding clear glass wall. Not only did this offer minimal framing, but it also created expansive clear views. The wall system included three panels that slid left, three panels that slid right, and two fixed panels, for a total of eight panels.
The unit features Solar’s Class I Clear Anodized frame finish, as well as clear monolithic glazing. All panels include a keyed alike floor lock that are utilized during closed hours for maximum security and peace of mind. These walls were the perfect choice for offering uninhibited views of products that enticed customers to stop in.
