GREG HEADER
President

Greg Header is president of Solar Innovations®, where he leads the company in daily operations, focusing primarily in product development and technical sales. Throughout his life Greg has had an entrepreneurial spirit, owning and operating several businesses before building Solar Innovations®, including the Header Trading Company which he began in 1987 and is still in operation today.

Greg holds a Business degree (Summa Cum Laude) from Alvernia University where he graduated in 1997. After earning his degree, Greg founded Solar Innovations®, which quickly grew from a company of six employees to one of the top suppliers of glazing and fenestration systems in the country.

Some of Greg’s proudest achievements include: expanding the company to a three-building, 36+ acre campus; developing and maintaining 37 patented products; being named in Glass Magazine’s “Top 20 under 40;” completing a portion of the Tower at PNC project; and being quoted in The Wall Street Journal for the company’s industry-leading performance in bifold doors. As a father of two, Greg and his wife Stacey enjoy outdoor activities and family time.

STACEY HEADER
Chief Financial Officer

Stacey Header is part-owner and CFO of Solar Innovations®.  In 1998, she co-founded Solar Innovations®, along with her husband, Greg Header, and Darren Coder.

Stacey is a graduate of Bloomsburg University, obtaining her CPA license in 1995. She worked as an Auditor in a regional accounting firm for two years and then spent several years as an Internal Auditor for Hershey Foods and First Energy before joining Solar Innovations® permanently in 2002. Stacey leads the Finance team and at times has been heavily involved with the Human Resource department. During the last two years, she has also been overseeing the IT Programming team. As co-founder, Stacey has been involved in many other key areas, such as being a key member of the team that relocated the company and built a state-of-the-art facility in Pine Grove, PA in 2009, overseeing the ERP software implementation team that went live in 2018, and working closely with coaches and consultants who have assisted Solar Innovations®. Stacey is also on the Board of Directors for the Northeast PA Manufacturers & Employers Association.

ARI FIGUEROA SALIVIA
VP of Engineering and R & D

Ari is Vice President of Engineering and Research & Development at Solar Innovations®. He is responsible for the development of new products and innovations and leads a team of engineers, offering direction, technical expertise and fresh ideas. Ari has a background in civil and structural engineering as well as new product development.

Ari joined the Solar Innovations® team in 2008, and spent some time as an Engineering Project Manager at the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission and a consultant for several engineering/architectural firms before rejoining Solar Innovations® in 2016. He is a registered professional engineer and holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico.

DARREN CODER
VP of Installation

As Vice President of installation, Darren is responsible for the Installation of our glazing and fenestration products. Darren co-founded Solar Innovations® with Greg and Stacey Header in 1998 and has been a co-owner ever since. He has been an integral part of the development of the company’s installation and production processes and has enhanced over 20 different product lines since the start of his career. Darren has overseen the installation of extremely complex structures, skylights, and window and door products, while delivering incredible customer satisfaction. His knowledge and experience in the industry, problem-solving ability, positive influence, and customer-focused attitude has made Solar Innovations® one of the top glazing and fenestration providers in the country.

JOSH MUSSER
Director of Project Management

Josh has been part of the Solar Innovations® team since 2010. Prior to Solar Innovations®, he was an Outside Sales Representative in the health-care industry. Josh worked in the Sales & Estimating and Project Management departments before taking a leadership role in Project Management. As Director, he ensures that all of our customers’ project needs are met and delivered in a timely fashion. Throughout his career, Josh has broadened his industry knowledge and has been a key resource for his team in training and development.

Josh holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Lebanon Valley College.

DEREK MILLER
Director of Drafting & Cutlist

From an early age, Derek knew he wanted to be involved in the world of architecture. Derek previously held positions in the commercial steel industry, giving him a strong foundation into the world of building products and solutions. Derek began his career at Solar Innovations® in 2010 as a cutlister. His product knowledge and problem-solving abilities were key components that led him to his current position as the Director of Drafting & Cutlist.

Derek holds a degree from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology.

KRISTIN SELDEN
Director of Process Improvement

Kristin joined the Solar Innovations® team in 2016. As Director of Continuous Improvement, she is responsible for process analysis and finding business opportunities, while utilizing innovative applications and implementations, to add to the customer satisfaction experience. Her goal is to eliminate waste and ensure that every action has a positive effect on the company’s mission. Her passion lies with both internal and external customer service and fully understands that internal organization success leads to a successful partnership with our customers.

Kristin has worked in Continuous Improvement for over 20 years, in both the manufacturing and service industries. She was previously employed by an international manufacturing organization where she served as Officer of the Company and Vice President of Operations.

FRANK NEUMEISTER
Director of Install & Service

Frank started at Solar Innovations® in 2005 and has been involved in various departments, including product-operations management, where he lead the way developing innovative processes to accomplish our goals. As the Director of Install & Service, Frank provides leadership and direction to the installation team and timely response times on service requests for customers. His positive attitude and continuous delivery of quality products has ensured that our customers’ expectations are always met.

During his free time, Frank hunts with friends, enjoys the Pennsylvania weather and cooks outdoors. He has also become our barbecue and deep-fried turkey specialist and never disappoints at our company events.

MELISSA CRAMER
Director of Human Resources

Melissa oversees all human resource duties for Solar Innovations®. Melissa joined our team in 2009 to drive motivation and teamwork in the business. Her responsibilities include recruitment, benefits, training, compliance and safety.  She embodies the culture and core values of our company in all she does, while motivating our team members to better themselves not only for the good of the company, but also for their own personal growth.

Melissa holds a bachelor’s degree in both Business Administration and Psychology with a concentration in Human Resources.  She currently holds a SPHR certification, after previously holding a PHR certification.

MISSY SMITH
Logistics Manager

Missy joined Solar Innovations® in 2007 as a Purchasing Associate. As the Logistics Manager, she is responsible for ensuring that all glazing and fenestration components are received on time, and inspects each item to ensure they meet the quality standards set forth and our customers’ expectations are met. In 2016, Missy also assumed the role of Production Manager where she focuses on JIT production and lean measures. She also leads our company’s environmental efforts through her vision and belief in recycling and sustainability.

Missy has over 20 years of manufacturing and service experience. She holds a degree from Central Penn College.

RICK HAWK
Director of Maintenance & Machining

Since starting at Solar Innovations® in 2007, Rick has been providing continuous improvements to our machining centers and production lines with his team of experts. They not only understand manufacturing processes, but also never say “it’s impossible” to a project or deadline. Rick provides guidance to help increase productivity while providing support for the infrastructure of the company. He also focuses on reducing costs and is involved in the purchases of major equipment throughout the company.

Rick holds an associate degree in Machine Tech from Stevens Trade School.

WILL SALEN
IT Manager

Will joined Solar Innovations® in 2017. Prior to Solar Innovations®, he was a System Administrator in the education industry and has over 20 years of information technology experience. Will plans, implements and manages many of our IT systems including networks, servers, firewalls, storage, communications and backup. His primary goals are to ensure security, efficiency, stability and growth for the company’s technology landscape.

Will holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Management from Alvernia University and an associate degree in Specialized Technology for Electronics, Networks and Software Technology from Berks Technical Institute.

KEITH ERDMAN
Fenestration Product Manager

Starting in the industry in 1991, working in our drafting department, Keith currently oversees various projects and designs at Solar. Keith helps work on products and systems that require special knowledge to achieve the greatest results to our customers. Keith’s experience is critical to continue success of our folding/sliding/stacking glass wall systems. Keith has established experience from the wide range of jobs and projects he could be a part of. He continues to strengthen Solar’s knowledgebase of systems the competition will not handle.

In conclusion, Keith posses a bachelors degree in mathematics and has been working on R and D product projects since 2003. His continued growth and knowledge have become a true asset of Solar.

DAVE RUNKEL
Business Analyst

Dave joined Solar Innovations® in 2014 and has been working in accounting departments for over 20 years. With his knowledge of technology and business, Dave has guided the company in providing the best solutions for reports and applications. He also assists the Accounting department in providing senior management with financial reporting and works hard to provide the management teams with the best data available to help them make the most informed decisions during their strategic planning sessions.

Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting, from Millersville University.

APRIL MITCHELL
Executive Coordinator

April joined the Solar Innovations® team in 2014 as the Executive Coordinator. Her responsibilities include working closely with the President on a wide array of projects, giving equal attention to both the office and manufacturing teams. She also plans all internal and external team events and celebrations while chairing the Solar Cares charitable campaigns. April’s goal is to create a cohesive team that works to deliver the highest customer satisfaction.

April holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Lebanon Valley College.
