As solar continues to grow and develop, it is important for each employee to stay grounded. Remembering the little things in life becomes more and more important each day. Once a month, our resident baker, Brian, provides our team with some extra motivation in the form of baked goods. The recent months have included ingredients grown inside Solar’s tropical greenhouse. These ingredients have included bananas, kumquats, tea, and more ingredients will be included as time goes on, including the newly planted citrus fruit. Brian creates his own recipes from the herbs and spices grown in Solar’s greenhouse. Cookies are always an excellent treat the entire team enjoys!
